Charleston Dinner - Monday, April 22, 2013
The Charleston Dinner is an annual fundraising event held by the Mountaineer Athletic Club in the state’s capital, Charleston, W.Va. This year's dinner will be Monday, April 22 and will be held at the Charleston Civic Center. The event includes a cocktail reception in the Civic Center Entry way at 5:15 p.m. followed by dinner and a program at 7:00 p.m. Featured speakers include WVU student-athletes and coaches.
Attendees may purchase individual tickets for $150 each or sponsor an entire table for $1,500. Table sponsorships include admission for nine (9) to the Reception and Dinner, with the 10th seat filled by a WVU coach, student-athlete or administrator. Tabel sponsors also receive a gift for all their guests and 30 Priority Points added to their current gift.
Individuals who purchase ticket will receive one admission to the Reception and Dinner, a special gift item and 2 Priority Points for each ticket purchased.

WVU Classic - June 6-7, 2013
The WVU Classic, presented by MedExpress, is the premier event of the Mountaineer Athletic Club's summer schedule. This two-day event is being held June 6-7, 2013 in Charleston, WV. Featured events include a fashion show, tennis and golf tournaments, pairings party, and awards reception.
The Classic’s fashion show lunch will be held at the Charleston Marriott Town Center. Popular stores such as Buckle, Cache, Chico’s, Francesca’s Collections, and more will show off the summer’s hottest fashions.
Berry Hill Country Club will play host to the golf events, including a practice round and the popular pairings party, where participants randomly draw a “WVU celebrity” to play with and . Hole in on prizes sponsored by Royal Automotive will be available.
The tennis tournament, also hosted by Berry Hills Country Club, will feature a round-robin mixed doubles social format. Players will receive a t-shirt and hat, as well as chances to win additional prizes. Players will receive one ticket to the pairings party upon registration.

Coaches Caravan
Join local area Mountaineer fans as they meet, visit and dine with WVU coaches and administrators. The annual Coaches Caravan, sponsored by United Bank, includes stops across the state that enable Mountaineer fans to meet Mountaineer coaches and members of the athletic staff in a casual environment. The Coaches Caravan is designed as a thank you to loyal Mountaineer fans and everyone is invited to attend. Coaches Caravan event locations are determined on a year-by-year basis with proceed benefiting the MAC's student-athlete scholarship fund.
Individual tickets to each event are $50.00 per person and include admission to the event and
dinner. Sponsorship opportunities are also available at each location. To purchase tickets or for
more information on sponsorships, please contact the organizing parties at each stop or the MAC
office. Check and credit card payments are accepted. All checks can be made payable to WVUF-MAC.
