Renewing Season Tickets
To retain your season tickets, the minimum required "per seat" contribution (or agreed upon gift amount), and season ticket payment must be received by the season ticket priority deadline. Orders and/or donations received after the priority deadline may result in the loss or relocation of season tickets and/or parking passes. An additional donation may be necessary to maintain your season parking pass. Season ticket applications are mailed in early March.
All season tickets may be renewed via mail or online at WVUgame.com beginning March 15 each year. Season ticket renewals cannot be accepted over the phone.
Follow these instructions to renew your season tickets and make your MAC gift online:
1.Go to WVUGame.com and click GET TICKETS under General Public Tickets then click "Season Renewals".
a) If you have not previously activated your online account using your Customer Number and one-time PIN, click on Activale Now and complete your online registration. You can find your Customer Number and one-time PIN located on your enclosed application.
b) If you have already activated your online account with your Customer Number and one-time PIN , simply login with the email address and password you used to set up your account. If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot My Password," enter your email address, and your password will be emailed to you. Since you have already activated your online account there is not a PIN number on your renewal form.
2.0nce you're logged in, click on your "2013 Football Season Renewal Application" and follow the prompts to submit your order.
3.To add your MAC gift to your season ticket renewal order, simply click on the pop-up box that appears on the screen to add your MAC gift to the shopping cart.

Relocating Season Tickets
To request that your seats be relocated or upgraded, season ticket holders must submit the request in writing to the Mountaineer Ticket Office. To be eligible for relocation, the minimum required “per seat” contribution (or agreed upon gift amount), and season ticket payment must be received by the season ticket priority deadline. Relocation requests are subject to availability and filled based on donation level, in order, from highest to lowest. Making a donation above the minimum required “per seat” contribution, or above the minimum donation associated with a section different than your current section does not guarantee relocation. However, making contributions above the minimum levels does increase the chance for relocation.
Adding Season Tickets
Your season ticket order form will include a separate application should you wish to request additional season tickets above your current amount. You must make an additional seat “per seat” contribution to qualify and order additional seats on your season ticket application. All seats are based on availability and contributions for additional season tickets do not guarantee receipt of additional season tickets.
Additional season ticket requests will not be processed until July. Payments will not be processed for additional season ticket requests unless the seats are available. Should the additional order be accepted (based on availability and MAC priority), you may also be required to increase your annual contribution to MAC at that time. If the request is accepted, the location will be based on availability and not necessarily adjacent to your current season tickets.

Dropping Season Tickets
If you wish to reduce the number of season tickets reordered from your current amount you may be able reduce your “per seat” and annual contribution accordingly based on the location of the seats you are renewing. Please notify the Mountaineer Ticket Office via letter, email or on your season ticket renewal statement of the seat locations you wish to drop.
Please remember that your football and men's basketball ticket locations as well other benefits associated with the MAC may be affected should you choose to reduce the number of season tickets in your account or your annual giving level.
