Puskar Center Improvements
Enhancements to the Milan Puskar Center have provided our fans and student-athletes with a renewed sense of pride in their football program. These renovations proved important to recruiting in the highly competitive Big East Conference and provided a vehicle for fans to relive their favorite gridiron memories.
The first phase of the renovation has already been completed and some highlighted improvements include:
Renovated lobby area
Donald J. Brohard Hall of Traditions
Renovation of the Thomas Room
Renovation of the coaches' offices
Phase two expected to begin in Spring 2007 includes an expanded team locker room downstairs and a state-of-the art Academic Performance Center/Club Area above the weight room totaling $6.2 million.
All major gifts
benefiting Puskar Center/Mountaineer Field renovations may be pledged/given
over a maximum five-year period in accordance with University practice. In
addition, all recognition opportunities are subject to approval from WVU
Director of Athletics, President and Board of Governors.
